Job description
  • Position: Admin Assistant
  • Location: Woodlands
  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Elevator Services

Main Responsibilities:

  • Arrange maintenance servicing/scheduling and repair work
  • Answer phone calls and provide quotations
  • Assist in transport arrangement (Grab)
  • Arrange spare parts for Technicians
  • Handle maintenance contract renewal and purchase orders
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who converse in Mandarin only
  • At least 'N' Level and 1 year of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel, etc.)
