Admin Assistant (URGENT/ Up to S$3K)
Job description
Our client is one of the leading internal service providers. They are currently seeking an Admin Assistant to be part of the team.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain office inventory to ensure various supplies are properly stocked.
- Manage incoming and outgoing posts and couriers.
- Occasionally provide secretarial support to the CEO.
- Assist in scanning and filing documents.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Manage office facilities and equipment maintenance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least O Levels/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Professional Cert/Diploma in Business-related courses.
- Prior admin experience will be an added advantage.
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Proactive, takes initiative, and well-organized.
- Good interpersonal skills.
