Job description

Our client is one of the leading internal service providers. They are currently seeking an Admin Assistant to be part of the team.


JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

  1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  2. Maintain office inventory to ensure various supplies are properly stocked.
  3. Manage incoming and outgoing posts and couriers.
  4. Occasionally provide secretarial support to the CEO.
  5. Assist in scanning and filing documents.
  6. Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  7. Manage office facilities and equipment maintenance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Candidate must possess at least O Levels/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Professional Cert/Diploma in Business-related courses.
  2. Prior admin experience will be an added advantage.
  3. Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  5. Strong verbal and communication skills.
  6. Proactive, takes initiative, and well-organized.
  7. Good interpersonal skills.
