Job description

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm

Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders (PO) and delivery orders (DO), ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, tracking payments, and maintaining financial records.
  • Manage and input delivery schedules and logistics requirements to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Coordinate with distributors, supermarkets, and e-commerce platforms on order processing and queries.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant work experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn are welcome.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
