Admin Assistant (up to $2,800 | UBI)
Job description
- Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders (PO) and delivery orders (DO), ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, tracking payments, and maintaining financial records.
- Manage and input delivery schedules and logistics requirements to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Coordinate with distributors, supermarkets, and e-commerce platforms on order processing and queries.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant work experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
