Customer Service Counter Duty (mindset must meet the realist challenges and demands of a Primary School setting).
Answer phone calls, manage visitors, take messages, respond to enquiries, and provide general useful information in a very dynamic environment where calls are voluminous.
Able to use school implemented IT system for administrative purposes.
Handle daily varied requests and queries from parents, students, vendors, and staff.
Call students to convey messages during ad-hoc/special events.
Render first level assistance to walk-in students’ needs including sick and injured students, and escalate cases to other colleagues in the office immediately if beyond superficial cases.
Handle/support situations when students vomit and soil their clothes.
General Duties
Maintain the forms cabinet in the office. All forms must be current and replenished constantly.
Assist in general typing duties.
Assist in stores supplies management/inventories during school holidays.
Assist in all school events including catering and set up of rooms.
Support any other general admin duties as and when required.
