Position: Admin Assistant - Sales Support (INVOICE/PURCHASE ORDER)
Location: West (Tuas - transport provided from Tuas Link MRT)
Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm) - WFH 1 DAY PER WEEK
Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + OT + Medical
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Process new sales order leads (Customer's Purchase Orders and Sales Team Quotation to create job number from Navision)
Managing the correspondence between the sales team and the clients
Provide data and reports to help the sales team
Monitor pending orders in system and provide complete delivery instruction to logistics team for delivery arrangement
Assist sales managers to raise purchase requests
Answer sales phone calls
Filing documents and general office duties
Ad-hoc duties as tasked
Requirements:
Min A level/Diploma in Office Skills
At least 1-2 years experience in related field
Must be PC literate (Microsoft Office)
Candidate familiar with Navision is an added advantage
