Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, staff vaccination.
Assist in preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
Office Management:
Maintain office supplies inventory, order new supplies as needed, and ensure smooth functioning of office equipment.
Oversee the cleanliness and organization of office spaces.
Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities, including liaising with vendors and service providers.
Ensure proper filing and organization of both physical and electronic documents.
Maintain records of office operations, contracts, and other business-related documentation.
HR Support:
Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant records, and onboarding new employees.
Support the HR department with employee records, leave management, and benefits administration.
Data Entry & Reporting:
Input and maintain accurate data in ETMS & My ISS
Prepare and generate routine reports as required.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, meetings

Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with office equipment and general administrative tasks.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and functions
