ADMIN ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE
Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Administration & Client Communication
- Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and service agreements.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Answer client inquiries and schedule appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain accurate client records and databases.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
- Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s needs.
- Collect and analyze data on consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
- Maintain account database list.
- Any other general administrative matters as assigned by the Assistant Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Previous experience in office administration or customer service is advantageous.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Able to work independently.
Working Benefits:
5 Day work week (Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm)
Salary Range: $1800 - $3000
