Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Administration & Client Communication

  1. Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and service agreements.
  2. Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  3. Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  4. Answer client inquiries and schedule appointments.
  5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
  6. Maintain accurate client records and databases.
  7. Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
  8. Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s needs.
  9. Collect and analyze data on consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
  10. Maintain account database list.
  11. Any other general administrative matters as assigned by the Assistant Director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Previous experience in office administration or customer service is advantageous.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • Able to work independently.

Working Benefits:

5 Day work week (Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm)

Salary Range: $1800 - $3000

Job Type: Full Time
