Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Front Desk Operations: Handle incoming calls, check voicemails, and relay messages to caseworkers.
  • Financial & Donation Processing: Manage and process STSPMF applications and donation-related matters.
  • Service Coordination: Arrange and oversee scheduled services such as pest control and air conditioning maintenance.
  • General Administrative Support: Undertake any other duties assigned by Head of Centre, or Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

  • GCE O Level with 5 years of experience
  • Certificate in Management and Finance would be an added advantage.
