Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing, DO matching, Picking list etc.
  • Data entry into Microsoft Business Central Accounting System.
  • Documentation and filing work.
  • Monitoring and coordinating daily purchase orders from our client's portal.
  • Preparing and issuing daily sales invoices for our sales department.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients).
  • No work experience required; training and support provided.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work on Saturday (one day off fortnightly in addition to Sunday).
