Job description
Responsibilities:
Invoicing, DO matching, Picking list etc.
Data entry into Microsoft Business Central Accounting System.
Documentation and filing work.
Monitoring and coordinating daily purchase orders from our client's portal.
Preparing and issuing daily sales invoices for our sales department.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients).
No work experience required; training and support provided.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
Able to work on Saturday (one day off fortnightly in addition to Sunday).
