Position: Admin Assistant (VESSELS-MARINE/SHIPPING)
Location: Near Farrer Park MRT
Working hours: 5 days (Monday- Friday /9.00am-6.00pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3200 Basic + AWS + Performance bonus + 14 days Annual Leave
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Data entry for company system
Monitor office supply levels, reorder when appropriate
Process payments to suppliers and handle suppliers’ inquiries for any payment related matters
Handle petty cash and monthly staff expenses claim
Handle simple translation from Chinese into English for monthly report
Answer phone calls and perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
Arrange lunch or dinner appointments (finding restaurant and making reservations)
Prepare monthly report
Other adhoc duties
Requirements:
Ability to use Microsoft Office, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
1 year of experience preferred; candidates without experience are welcome to apply - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking associates.
