Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)
Working Location: Harbourfront
Salary: Up to S$2500/month
The company is looking for a candidate to join them as a Temporary Admin Assistant (6-Month).
Job Responsibilities
Update databases, manage personnel files, and track certifications for accurate crew information
Arrange flights, process travel invoices, and handle related purchase orders
Ensure timely delivery of mail, licenses, and medical reports to vessels, including digital document management
Manage office supplies, coordinate printing, and perform general administrative tasks
Generate and file required reports (health, safety, licenses)
Job Requirements
Diploma in any field
Prior experience in administrative fields preferred
Experienced in using Microsoft Office applications
