Admin Assistant, 6-Month Contract (Ref. GEN)

  • Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)
  • Working Location: Harbourfront
  • Salary: Up to S$2500/month

The company is looking for a candidate to join them as a Temporary Admin Assistant (6-Month).

Job Responsibilities

  • Update databases, manage personnel files, and track certifications for accurate crew information
  • Arrange flights, process travel invoices, and handle related purchase orders
  • Ensure timely delivery of mail, licenses, and medical reports to vessels, including digital document management
  • Manage office supplies, coordinate printing, and perform general administrative tasks
  • Generate and file required reports (health, safety, licenses)

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any field
  • Prior experience in administrative fields preferred
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office applications
