Job description

Position: Admin Assistant (SIMPLE DUTIES/TRAINING PROVIDED)

Location: Bedok North

Working hours: 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, Saturday, 9am - 1pm/1pm - 5pm) / 1 month off 1 Saturday

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,500 + Variable Bonus + Staff meal provided

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Catering (F&B)

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Cooperate and liaise with other departments for any necessary arrangement/ issues regarding procurement and payment related queries
  2. Provide administrative support and assistance when necessary
  3. Receive Purchase Orders (PO), ensure the details such as prices, qualities and dates etc. are in correct orders and match with all invoices
  4. Verify and submit invoices to procurement on a timely basis
  5. Maintain and update other procurement procedures
  6. Perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time by superiors

Requirements:

  1. Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
  2. Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
