Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • General office administration: Assist with day-to-day office duties and any other tasks assigned by the Manager or Director.
  • Prepare monthly reports: Compile sales reports and create meeting slides for presentations.
  • Handle documents: Ensure timely processing of documents and forms for signature and submission.
  • Manage mail: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Update sales reports: Track progress for contests and challenges related to sales performance.
  • Customer support: Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Reception duties: Provide support for reception tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O-level education.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, 5 days a week.
