Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the manager to deal with daily administrative affairs, including document organisation, filing, meeting arrangement and record, etc.
  • Act as customer liaison officer to ensure that clients' queries and requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with clients on collection and delivery services via emails and phone calls.
  • Work with the technical department on scheduling and allotting manpower for work orders.
  • Maintain and update projects database.
  • Follow up on workflow processes in the administration department. Generate delivery orders, invoices, forms, reports, and efficiently send out documents.
  • Able to handle ambiguity and confidentiality.
  • Back-up for team members.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Min. NITEC
  • One Saturday (half day) every three weeks.
  • Computer literate.
