Job Description:
Answering incoming phone calls and attending to visitors.
Provide general office administrative support, including involvement in office equipment maintenance and ordering office supplies.
Responsible for hotel reservation and booking of air tickets.
Handling petty cash claims.
Monthly update for Project Assignment.
Send and follow up on Client Feedback Survey for ongoing and completed projects.
Managing corporate passes.
Manage the registration process for training courses for workers.
Work permit renewal.
Dormitory arrangement for the workers and service apartments arrangements.
Handle workers’ timesheet.
Update workers, Supervisors, and Tea Ladies leave applications.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Good interpersonal skills with multi-tasking abilities.
Able to work independently.
At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
GCE O Levels or any Diploma.
Singaporeans are welcome.
