Job Responsibilities for Admin Assistant 1 (HR)

  • Manage workers' P-file
  • Apply, renew and cancel work permits
  • Arrange workers for medical check-ups
  • Manage workers’ dormitory matters
  • Prepare workers' timecard and process payroll
  • Data entry, photocopy, and scan documents
  • Any other administration duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
  • Required Skill(s): Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Transport will be provided to and from work.
