We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide administrative support to team members, job arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records in various databases.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Support financial processes, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up on deadlines.
*Qualifications:*
- O level, High school diploma or equivalents
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin to Chinese Customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
