Admin Assistant
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Performing administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Assisting in the documentation and data entry
- General office admin duties as assigned
- Process invoices, payment requests
- Any ad-hoc administrative work as and when required
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in handling administration work
- Candidate must possess at least ‘O’ Levels Certificate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
