The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Admin Assistant to join the team at Oh Chin Hing Sesame Oil Factory. This is a full-time position based in the East Region. As an Admin Assistant, you will provide crucial support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth running of the business.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to Managers.
Scheduling: Manage and coordinate delivery schedules.
Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
Data Entry: Issue daily invoices using our simplified software.
Other Duties: Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Provide customer support in native languages such as English and/or Bahasa.
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Able to work 5.5 days per week.
Good communication skills, responsible, and detail oriented.
