Job description

  • Working Day: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 8am to 5.10pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of creating rental contracts.
  • Process invoices from the Principal and ensure accuracy.
  • Compile and submit required documents to the Principal.
  • Prepare monthly reports and meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate activities with the Sales and Project teams.
  • Process Purchase Orders and ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor ordering systems and track shipment details.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent qualification with 1-2 years experiences.
