Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, assist in daily office needs, and manage general administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  2. Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
  3. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Info Tech TMS (Time Management System)
  4. Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels
  5. Handle administrative requests and queries from internal and external parties
  6. Support the team with document control, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
  2. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  3. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  4. Strong organizational and planning skills
  5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
