Job summary:
  • Flexible hours available
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: $2,300 - $2,500 per month

Office administration duties to ensure smooth office operations functionality.

Administrative duties:

  1. Perform HR administration
  2. Company annual renewal such as insurance, rental, BGs
  3. Manage office supplies and equipment
  4. Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
  5. Maintain proper documentation and filing
  6. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Directors

Working days: Mon to Fri, Sat (alternate)

Working hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm

Saturday: 9.00am to 1.00pm
