Prepare and oversee the creation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end closing processes and financial reporting to both local and corporate headquarters.
Review and evaluate financial policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvements while maintaining proper governance and internal controls.
Monitor and analyze cash flows to ensure financial stability and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional process owners to provide support and insights regarding manufacturing costs.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and corporate secretarial teams on various company-related matters.
Oversee the management and maintenance of fixed assets to ensure accurate records and compliance.
Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
Administer recruitment, compensation, and benefits processes, including the development and implementation of effective HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and concerns, while fostering a positive work environment and overseeing performance appraisal systems.
Requirements:
5 years of relative working experience.
ACCA qualification.
Competent knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and other finance/statutory requirements.
Familiar with MOM regulations and HR best practices.
Proficient in Japanese (Business Level JLPT N2) to liaise with internal and Japan stakeholders will be added advantage.
