Job description

Reporting to the Manager, you will manage the full spectrum of back-end support functions, including day-to-day operations of the office. This includes liaising with different stakeholders like management, customers, and suppliers. You will also be tasked to plan operation scheduling and delegation of duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing daily administrative support for the company.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Delivering client-focused solutions based on customers’ needs and insights.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Managing Director.
  • Planning out schedules for the operation team to carry out their work efficiently.
  • Recommending creative ways to improve existing methods that increase administrative efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least ‘O’ level or ‘N’ Level certification.
  • Singaporean.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational and Excel skills.
  • Having a sense of urgency, ability to multitask, and being a good team player.
  • Ability to see what is relevant and prioritize important tasks.
  • Able to start work on short notice.
