Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate invoices.
  2. Prepare and process car commission.
  3. Update new car inventory.
  4. Process new car registrations.
  5. Month-end journals.
  6. Ad hoc duties as assigned.
  7. 80% Admin duties and 20% Accounts duties.

Job Requirements:

  1. A minimum of NiTEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  3. Preferably with at least 2 years experience in a related field.
  4. Hardworking, meticulous, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Days: 5.125 days per week

Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 0900 hrs to 1800 hrs
1 Saturday per month: 0900 hrs to 1300 hrs
