We are a Company that provides corporate and fiduciary services to local and international clients, in respect of the structuring asset and managing clients’ portfolio. As part of a small team, you will perform a broad range of duties. Your role will include:
Handles incoming and outgoing mails, courier.
Operation of electronic mail systems and coordination of information flow both internally and with third parties.
Provide day to day support in corporate secretarial work for a varied portfolio of Singapore and international clients including bank account opening, bank enquiries, retrieval of information and documents from database, arrange payments.
Maintain statutory records and update the database for all Companies in hard and soft copy for Singapore and international Companies.
Coordinate inter-company offices and client assignments.
Review and check documents in the database.
Digitalize, archive, and scan documents.
Maintain proper filing of hard and soft copies for corporate secretarial and other documents in an in-house programme.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 to 5 years working experience in a related field, preferably in law firms or corporate secretarial field.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated, multitasking, and a team player.
Good written and communication skills in English.
Candidates with accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.
Good time management and ability to work efficiently.
