Job description

We are a Company that provides corporate and fiduciary services to local and international clients, in respect of the structuring asset and managing clients’ portfolio. As part of a small team, you will perform a broad range of duties. Your role will include:

  • Handles incoming and outgoing mails, courier.
  • Operation of electronic mail systems and coordination of information flow both internally and with third parties.
  • Provide day to day support in corporate secretarial work for a varied portfolio of Singapore and international clients including bank account opening, bank enquiries, retrieval of information and documents from database, arrange payments.
  • Maintain statutory records and update the database for all Companies in hard and soft copy for Singapore and international Companies.
  • Coordinate inter-company offices and client assignments.
  • Review and check documents in the database.
  • Digitalize, archive, and scan documents.
  • Maintain proper filing of hard and soft copies for corporate secretarial and other documents in an in-house programme.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 to 5 years working experience in a related field, preferably in law firms or corporate secretarial field.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated, multitasking, and a team player.
  • Good written and communication skills in English.
  • Candidates with accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Good time management and ability to work efficiently.
