Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.

Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.

Prepare Tax Invoices, cheques, bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.

Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.

Daily enter / key data of financial transactions in database.

Provide assistance and support to company personnel.

Track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.

Prepare documentations (e.g. billings/invoices, SOA & etc).

Liaise with clients and vendors when required.

Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements

Knowledge of basic book-keeping procedures.

Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.

Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software.

Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

Perform daily accounting tasks and help the department run smoothly.

Relevant experience will be an added advantage.

Able to work independently.

Meticulous and well-organized.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
