Adjunct Trainer (Software Engineering)- Malaysia

Salt Talent Search is looking for Trainers for a 4-month contract role Part time/ Project based/ Permanent to support training programs, helping elevate the digital skills and insights of learners in Malaysia (REMOTE SUPPORT).

As a trainer / coach, you will play a vital role in delivering high-impact training and fostering practical skills that learners need to succeed.

What Will You Do:

• Deliver short content sessions (e.g., UX/UI, API integration, testing frameworks)
• Guide students through application development and provide feedback on their code
• Assess final deliverables using structured rubrics
• Technical Interview Coaching
• Conduct mock coding interviews and code reviews
• Facilitate sessions on technical assessments, algorithms, and system design

What will you have:

• Experience in software engineering, web or full stack development
• Strong proficiency in Python, React JS, and JavaScript (additional languages are a plus)
• Able to deliver engaging content and provide actionable technical feedback
• Familiar with technical interviewing processes
• Effective communicator and facilitator for both large and small group settings
