Job description

What The Role Is:

As Head of Product for our CTO-as-a-Service (CTOaaS) platform, you will be the driving force behind the platform's vision, strategy, and execution. You will lead the building, design, and growth of CTOaaS, expanding its scope to attract and onboard software vendors and partners. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record of building and scaling successful platforms, a deep understanding of the tech landscape, and a passion for connecting businesses with the right technology solutions. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization, while ensuring alignment with business goals and budget.

What You Will Be Working On:

  • Vision & Strategy: Define and champion the product vision and strategy for CTOaaS, including the expansion to include software vendors and partners. Identify market opportunities, conduct competitive analysis, and develop product roadmaps that align with business objectives.
  • Platform Development: Lead the design, development, and launch of new features and functionalities for the CTOaaS platform, focusing on both the user experience for businesses seeking CTO services and the onboarding and management of software vendor partners.
  • Growth & Partnerships: Develop and execute strategies to grow the CTOaaS user base and attract a diverse range of software vendors to the platform. Establish and manage partnerships with key stakeholders in the tech ecosystem.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with senior leadership, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of the product strategy. Provide regular updates on product performance and progress.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to development, launch, and ongoing iteration. Prioritize features based on user needs, market trends, and business impact.
  • Performance Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the platform. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the platform's performance.
  • Budget Management: Manage the product budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated strategically to maximize ROI.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with a focus on building and scaling platforms or SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and growing products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the technology landscape and trends.
  • Experience working with software vendors and partners is highly desirable.
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset with experience using analytics to inform product strategy.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing complex projects.
