Actuarial Senior Manager - Valuation (up to SGD15K!)

Our client, a leading global insurer, is seeking a talented Actuarial Valuation Senior Manager to join their dynamic team. There are opportunities across various teams including statutory reporting and capital management.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Lead and Manage Team: Oversee and mentor a team of actuaries, fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring high-quality work and professional development.
2. Manage Actuarial Models: Design and implement actuarial models for local reporting and economic capital, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Analyze Data and Reporting: Interpret complex data sets to provide insights on financial performance and risk assessment, presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have:

1. At least 7 years of actuarial experience
2. Strong experience in valuation (RBC2, Par Fund, IFRS17, Economic Capital, Experience Studies)
3. People management experience will be advantageous
