Active Alignment Process Engineer

Description

Responsibilities

1. Define camera active alignment equipment specification and collaborate with vendor to develop equipment for new process.
2. Define AA process flow and qualification procedures and metrologies.
3. Collaborate with optics engineer to run simulation and define the active alignment method to achieve the best optical performance.
4. Work on process equipment to conduct proof of concept evaluation and DOEs.
5. Perform process characterisation - Establish design guidelines for manufacturability.
6. Generate engineering report based on studies and evaluation - Reporting of engineering studies to cross-functional team.
