Accounts Supervisor ($4.8K, Exp SAP, Costing, Manuf, JURONG ISLAND)

Company: MNC in petrochemical and manufacturing
Working Hour / Location: 8.30am to 5.15pm (Mon - Fri) / Jurong Island (Transport pickup to & fro at 7.45am @ Jurong East MRT)
Remunerations: Up to $4,800 + $350 monthly allowance + yearly increment + 13 months AWS + 2 times Bonus payout yearly + permanent staff benefit

Responsibilities:

1. Report to the Finance Manager and provide guidance to Accounts Assistant.
2. Outgoing payment check before submitting for approval and to ensure journal entries are properly recorded in company books.
3. Liaise with Tax agent for company Corporate Income Tax computation and assist on other tax matters (e.g., S45 withholding tax).
4. Perform monthly CO costing closing process using SAP system.
5. Assist with monthly management report analysis and prepare monthly management report.
6. Review and submit GST to IRAS quarterly and assist Finance Manager on interim and year-end audit matters.
7. Assist Finance Manager with coordination work, stock take reconciliation, and perform annual physical stock count activities.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any equivalent discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in full set accounting, costing, and SAP is required.
3. Applicants with supervisory background are a plus.
4. Working experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6. Proficiency in SAP accounting system preferred.
7. High responsibility, team player, good initiative, and possess good interpersonal skills.
