Accounts Receivable URGENT S$3.3K, Woodlands

Job Scope:

• Responsible for accounts receivable (AR) functions
• Ensure timely AR collection from customers
• Liaise with customers on overdue accounts and follow up on payment status
• Conduct periodic AR review
• Resolve unidentified receipts and timely allocation of customer payment
• Ensure compliance with company financial standards
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Account and Finance related
• Minimum 2 years of Account Receivable experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Well-versed in Excel skills
