We are seeking 2 positions - Accounts Officer (AP) and Accounts Officer (AR), primary responsibilities as below:
Account Payable
• Full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions
• Responsible for keeping track of all documents for processing
• Accurate and timely recording of AP invoices
• Process payment for Suppliers within credit term granted
• Investigating and resolving Suppliers outstanding matters
• Perform monthly Supplier statement of accounts reconciliation
• Assist on ad-hoc / administrative tasks as required
