What is your mission?

• Check, match purchase order / requisition to purchase invoice and DO.
• Perform data entry of invoice documents into the accounting system.
• Ensure proper approval obtained before payment.
• Check and process employees' expense claims. Ensure claims are within company guidelines.
• Maintain proper records & supporting documents for audit purposes.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, audit schedules.
• Assist in intercompany billings.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Support internal and external audit queries.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Responsible, team player who is proactive and independent, warm personality with strong communication skills.
• Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Application and accounting system.

• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays; 8:30 am to 6:00 pm SGT
