Then come in and join our Singapore team as an Account Manager to be responsible for the realization of sales and profit targets in specified region consistent with the business strategy. Tasks include key accounts and customer relationships, establish sales plan and strategies to expand the customer base, developing sales proposals, negotiating, and closing deals, and acting as voice of the customers internally. The scope of coverage includes direct sales business in assigned territories and pre and post sales activities in diagnostics division.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
You will act as the interface between Key Account and the SHS organization and as advocate for the Key Account’s interests.
You are responsible for managing pre and post sales task as well as task listed below for direct sales in assigned territories and opportunities of overall diagnostic division.
You will plan and monitor achievement of agreed sales targets in a specified area and for an assigned part of Siemens' portfolio.
You will complete sales and forecast accuracy related key reporting in a timely manner.
You will develop and update sales funnel and customer database via CRM Tools.
You will prepare, coordinate, and negotiate proposals in cooperation with proposal management / other involved professionals and management.
You will manage key accounts within customer relationships, working to carry out customer goals while meeting company goals.
You will lead and act as point of contact for funnels / opportunities for assigned part of Siemens portfolio; proposal preparation and negotiations and coordinate the realization of the projects internally and externally.
You will act as point of contact to customers in operation (product/quality) and financial related matters, and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer retention.
You will build strong and reliable relationship with key decision makers from all levels of decision process towards securing long term existing business and advance in new business.
You will coordinate the realization of assignments and you may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product developments, projects, or services programs.
You will promote and support cross team collaboration internally to achieve customer-oriented approach to the market.
Your qualifications and experiences:
You hold a successfully completed Degree in Biomedical Engineering/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Marketing or related disciplines.
You have minimum 5 years of relevant Sales and Technical experience in healthcare (preferably Diagnostics), key account management skills will be required, and knowledge of competition and local situation is necessary.

You understand the Diagnostics market and competitor landscape.
You demonstrate excellent communication skills and have experience with negotiations and closing deals.
