Accounts Executive [up to $4,000 | Central | 1 year exp]

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely & accurate payment processing (telegraphic transfer, cheque, GIRO, etc) & compliance with financial policies to maintain good internal control system and operational processes for audit.
2. Perform Accounts Payables checking of vendor invoices and related documents submitted for processing of payments.
3. Perform payment duties for posting/checking of cost centres for bank charges, expenses & payments.
4. Prepare journal vouchers relating to Accounts Payables.
5. Review accounts payables status, identify and follow up with status of aged items.
6. Ensure timely monthly closing of Accounts Payable & clear bank reconciliation matters.
7. Support in Accounts Receivables function: checking & timely posting of incoming funds.
8. Assist in year end audit confirmation.
9. Assist in ad hoc, any other financial responsibilities & kaizen projects as requested.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accountancy or any relevant field.
2. Min 1-year relevant experience.
3. Accounting working experiences/Internship experience, Account Payable and Account Receivable operations, and prior exposure to SAP S4 Hana will be helpful.
4. A team player and good communicator to liaise with various departments.
5. Ability to handle voluminous transactions when they arise, and meet reporting deadlines.
