Accounts Executive (Full Set Accounts/ SAP/ UBS/ Redhill/ Max $3500)

Responsibilities

1. Handle full sets of accounts including preparation of bank reconciliation statement and other schedules requested.
2. Assist in the implementation of company's policies regarding Integrated Management System (IMS) for Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS) - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements at all levels and ensure it is maintained.
3. Ensure control over account-related documents & records to external parties, i.e., bankers, auditors, and authorities, and monitor cash flow position.
4. Assist manager in other accounting functions.
5. Control over payment to suppliers.
6. Report to accounts manager.

1. At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
2. Familiar with both SAP and UBS systems.
3. Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders (China subsidiaries).
