Accounts Executive (Full Set)

Benefits Summary:

• Basic up to $4,000 + VB (Up to 3 months)
• Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM (WFH Arrangement after confirmation)
• Location: Tuas (Company transport provided)
• Industry: Automotive

Responsibilities:

• Oversee General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, and Inventory functions for three entities.
• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the month-end financial close process.
• Conduct variance and trend analysis at the entity level.
• Manage month-end, quarterly, and yearly financial closing and reporting activities.
• Coordinate and resolve operational issues in collaboration with various departments.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules.
• Handle quarterly GST submissions and respond to inquiries from external bodies.
• Support the annual budgeting process.
• Manage audit and tax-related matters for the entity.
• Undertake any additional tasks or projects assigned by the accountant.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar capacity with knowledge in full set account.
• Proficient in MS applications (i.e., Word, Excel pivot table, vlookup, PowerPoint).
• Analytical thinking, detail-oriented with good organisational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills for presenting financial data.
