General:

• Expected to be able to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial analysis data within the deadline.
• Expected to maintain the general ledger in accounting activities.

Specific:

• Assist in month/year-end closing.
• Assist in quarterly consolidation package.
• Daily system operation in general ledger.
• Balance Sheet account reconciliation.
• Assist and liaise with auditor for annual and quarterly audit.
• Daily system operation in account payable maintenance.
• Supplier and customer master data maintenance.
• Assist in cashflow maintenance and projection report.
• Assist in corporate income tax data preparation.
• Assist in GST report data.
• Assist in annual inventory stock take.
• Ad-hoc support for all accounting and finance duties.

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years in Financial Accounting field.
• Preferable with SAP knowledge.
• Diploma in relevant discipline.
