Job Responsibilities:
Handle the preparation of comprehensive full set accounts and management reports.
Generate client invoices and submit them via relevant government/client portals.
Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
Collaborate with external partners to assist with audit and tax filing matters.
Manage intercompany transactions, reconcile balances, and settle outstanding amounts periodically.
Regularly assess accounts receivable and payable aging reports and take necessary actions.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
Evaluate, implement, and enhance financial workflows, processes, and policies to strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency.
Perform additional tasks to support the overall financial management function.
Job Requirements:
Degree or equivalent certification in financial accounting.
Proven experience in managing a full set of accounts with a strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards, GST regulations, and statutory requirements.
Ability to work independently with external parties on audit and tax filing matters.
Strong team spirit and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal functions.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office software and ERP/accounting systems.
