Responsibilities:
Handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank reconciliation, and full set of accounts.
Arrange, update, and follow up on payment schedules; submit daily and weekly reports to management.
Work closely with management to prevent operational interruptions.
Audit financial transactions and ensure proper accounting document control procedures.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the Director and Management.
Compile and report the annual Fixed Asset Depreciation Report to the Director and Management.
Liaise with government authorities on accounting and financial matters, including audits and GST.
Coordinate and communicate with auditors and management for account audits.
Prepare daily credit card reconciliation reports, daily bank balance reports, and track bank transactions.
Manage petty cash and process reimbursement forms.
Handle quarterly GST submissions.
Prepare yearly commission statements.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Accounting/Finance
Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
