Responsibilities
Financial Strategy Development: Participate in and develop the company's financial strategy, and work with senior management to plan financial goals and plans.
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Responsible for conducting a comprehensive analysis of the company's financial situation, preparing and submitting regular financial reports to support management decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop financial budgets and forecasts to ensure that the company is fully funded and operating within the financial plan.
Fund Management: Manage the company's capital flow, ensure reasonable capital operation, and prevent potential financial risks.
Audit Compliance: Ensure that the company's financial activities comply with regulations and accounting standards, and assist in the company's internal and external audit work.
Tax Management: Manage corporate tax affairs to ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and maximize the optimization of corporate tax strategies.
Team Leadership: Manages site account team, provides guidance and training, and ensures that the team collaborates effectively and achieves departmental goals.
Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with external agencies such as banks, auditors, tax authorities, etc., to ensure the company's financial partner support.
Minimum Requirements
Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accountancy, preferably recognised by ISCA.
Professional Knowledge: Solid knowledge of finance and accounting, familiarity with Financial reporting, Tax regulations, and financial management principles.
Work Experience: Significant relevant work experience, particularly in leadership roles in the finance sector.
Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to coach and motivate team members, and drive effective collaboration among finance teams.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and provide clear financial advice to management.
Analytical Skills: Accurate financial analysis skills with the ability to identify potential business opportunities and risks.
Teamwork: Ability to effectively collaborate with other departments to achieve the company's overall business goals.
Innovative Thinking: Innovative and able to make and implement suggestions to improve financial processes.
Cope with Stress: Ability to work under pressure, handle emergencies, and ensure the financial soundness of the company.
Regulatory Compliance: Familiarize yourself with relevant regulations to ensure that the company's financial activities are compliant.
