Accounts Executive (1 year contract with option to extend/convert to Full Time)

The Accounts Executive is responsible for processing and managing the company’s payables, ensuring all invoices and payments are accurately recorded, and facilitating timely payments to vendors and suppliers. The role involves working closely with vendors, internal teams, and management to ensure smooth financial operations and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure vendors’ invoices are checked appropriately to the supporting documents and recorded into system accurately and timely.

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts receivable and accounts payables duties and stock report.

• Record suppliers’ invoices and prepare payments, including patient refunds.

• Petty cash reconciliation.

• Perform monthly stock reconciliation and annual stock take.

• Ensure Statement of Accounts are received from vendors and monthly reconciliation is performed to identify irregularities.

• Support clinics with issues faced in the Accounting system.

• Prepare reports as required by management.

• Any other tasks or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or any related fields.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in ERP is advantageous.

• Meticulous with an eye for details and numbers.

• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
