Role Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee key financial functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial statements, overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on project billing and audits.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial analysis, accounting principles, and corporate finance practices. Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting – Prepare month-end and quarterly financial statements for management review.
2. Responsible for all accounting functions and tasks, including Fixed Assets Registers & inventory count.
3. Coordinate and liaise with auditors, corporate secretary, etc.
4. Preparation and filing of GST.
5. Collaborate with the Project Management team to issue invoices and collect billings.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting, ACCA or Diploma with strong relevant experience.
2. At least 1 year of accounting experience working in an SME or startup.
3. Good working knowledge of IFRS and tax, well-versed in MS Excel.
4. Analytical, motivated, and meticulous.
5. Self-starter who can take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently.
6. Experience with Xero or equivalent accounting software.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
8. Experience in Supply Chain or Logistics industry is a plus.
