General full set accounting functions, Organizes and maintains up-to-date financial records / Cash flow/Sales Invoice process/Filing and Data Archiving/Payroll/Inventory/Bookkeeping/HR/staff claims, etc.
Assist in inventory costing and stock take reconciliation.
Industry Focus: Experience specifically in Retail and E-commerce is crucial.
Support month-end closings and the preparation of financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
Perform other administrative duties as required. Must be able to use Xero accounting software
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail.
Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
You will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting tasks in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and smooth financial operations.
