Accounts Executive

Bee Sun Engineering provides manpower, logistical, operational, and consultancy services to companies in the process sector, specifically waste management companies.

Services we provide include but not limited to:

• Rental and leasing of commercial vehicles with drivers (prime mover, hook lorry, vacuum trucks, lorries, and box lorries)
• Repair, maintenance, and rental of heavy machinery and iso-tanks

Your Key Responsibilities include:

• Bookkeeping and handle closing of monthly financial accounts
• Monthly bank reconciliation; Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Attend to queries relating to accounting matters
• Preparation of GST Submission
• Any other duties assigned by the Manager

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• LCCI / Diploma in Accounting
• Detailed and meticulous
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft
