Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the disbursement of grants
• Assist in issuance of Invoices, Debit Notes and Credit Notes
• Assist in monitoring the account receivables and recoverable items
• Facilitate the disbursement of allowances (once or twice per month)
• Process the Financial Assistance scheme applications
• Manage the insurance claims and assist in insurance-related matters
• Involved in month-end and year-end accounts closing, by conducting accounts’ reconciliation, preparing accruals and prepayment schedules
• Liaising with internal and external auditors on all audit matters
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
