Job Overview:

We are seeking an independent and responsible individual to join us as an Accounts Director. We are looking for a highly adaptable professional with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and connecting effectively with clients. As an Accounts Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  2. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  3. Assisting in creating unique branding angles to differentiate our offerings.
  4. Expanding our clientele and exploring new market opportunities.
  5. Supporting impactful marketing campaigns to strengthen our market presence.
  6. Crafting compelling sales pitches that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Sales Pipeline: Oversee the existing sales pipeline while actively developing new business opportunities.
  2. Market Analysis: Identify trends, customer needs, content themes, talent, locations, and popular gaming events to build short-, medium-, and long-term sales pipelines.
  3. Contract Negotiation: Draft and negotiate business contracts, coordinating with team members, talent representation, and brand partners.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Facilitate and coordinate detail-oriented needs, establishing long-term, trusted relationships with clients and agencies.
  5. Industry Expertise: Demonstrate a strong interest in pop culture and an in-depth understanding of the esports and gaming landscape across all categories.
  6. Process Optimization: Regularly review talent processes and practices to enhance profitability and improve efficiency.
  7. Proposal Management: Manage the proposal response process, including detailed quotations, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
  8. Lead Generation and Screening: Generate new leads, screen potential business opportunities, evaluate deals in line with company strategies, and lead pitch logistics.
  9. Strategic Sales Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  10. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  11. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  12. Pipeline Maintenance: Maintain and update sales pipelines while providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
  13. Proposal and Partnership Development: Take the lead in developing proposals and presentations to create and nurture opportunities and partnerships.
  14. Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with product and creative teams to align sales objectives with brand positioning and product offerings.

Qualifications:

  1. Proficient in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  2. 1–2 years of work experience in sales within a marketing agency.
  3. Strong communication skills across various channels, including phone, email, text, and in-person interactions.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse personality types.
  5. Commercially astute, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  6. A collaborative mindset, capable of working efficiently in cross-functional teams.
  7. Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  8. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Mon to Fri, 11am to 7pm
